So they all come downstairs and the oldest three take off for the family room. Guess who went straight to the buckets? I think she could smell the sugar all the way upstairs.

How do you eat the Cadbury caramel egg when you don't like the chocolate, just the caramel? You have your mom bite the top off and then, well see for yourself.
Candy Breakfast!
"You see big brother, you just open the plastic egg and then get the candy out." "Ahh, now I get it!" I don't really know what they were talking about. It sure does fit the picture though. 
After all the other tummies in the house were sick of candy and had moved on, there she sat. Until every last piece was gone. It makes me sick just thinking about it. 
Is that what I think it is? "Easter Candy! Look Zack, the Easter Bunny left the extra candy in our cabinet!" Whoops, I am going to have to have a talk with that bunny.

Santa Clause visits us on Christmas Eve when Christmas falls on a Sunday. We go on a drive to see the lights and when we get home, it's Christmas! We notify Santa ahead of time, of course. Why then, in the hectic hours before church on Easter Sunday, have I never thought to do the Easter Bunny festivities before Easter Sunday? Who knows.
Last week Zackary stops me and says, "Mom I read an article in the friend. There are some really smart people in there and they do all the Easter Bunny stuff on Saturday morning so that Sunday can be focused on Jesus." Duh, why didn't I think of that? A little talk with Sam and bingo. We have decided to join the ranks of the 'smart people' from the friend :) And so now it is.
So why Easter Bunny Monday? Let's just say that with Sam gone it is imperative that I be willing to cancel anything in order to keep the balance and order around here. So, this year it was Easter Bunny Monday. We'll aim for Easter Bunny Saturday next year.
