What happens when...

you get Addie all dried and dressed and snuggled in front of a Baby Einstein movie with her blankie, so you can go get Ellie all dried and dressed, from a mid-morning bath to clean the girls up from the dirt and water they somehow find _every time_ they go outside?

Not only did she get in, with a good book for some light reading (yep, that's a gonner), she depressed the stopper so it would quit draining water.

Thankfully, I wasn't too far away, and, my mommy ears are well-trained to hear the, "it's too quiet" sounds, very quickly.  Now if I could only figure out how she got in the door that I was _so_ confident I shut.  Either I didn't quite get it shut, or, the little stinker is opening doors at 19 months and that's just not allowed!!  She's been messing with knobs for some time now and she knows what they do, but at last observation she was still just a little to shy of tall enough to get the entire maneuver down.  I am not ready for her to be able to open doors; guess I'll be investing in some baby-proof doorknob thingies :)

that is too funny for words! You have a crazy one on your hands and I think Mason is not too far behind her!!!

Oh, I miss these days so much! NOT! Actually I still have them once in awhile with Ashlyn - but overall we are past the books in the bathtub stage. I'm so glad you are finding the joy in it!
