I love baking bread for my family. Especially once I figured out how good my kitchen aid was at it. I am notorious for my well intentioned great efforts at making doorstops, oh, I mean bread. All these years I have let my kitchen aid sit on my counter collecting dust, except for the occasional cookies, cakes, cheese balls, and such. My family is really glad I finally figured it out! Mmmm the smell of homemade bread, is there anything better? I love my little helpers, they love to punch down the dough.
Oh and did I mention cinnamon rolls, YUM! They have a very practical way of taking care of the extra butter and cinnamon sugar mixture that escapes the roll, don't you think? Oh what fun.
