One of the first things Sam told me about the farmhouse was that, "It has this great little island that is lower than the rest of the counters and I can just see you and Ellie baking bread there. She will be so thrilled." It is my favorite feature in the entire house for many reasons but the biggest is the smile Ellie gets on her face when she proclaims, "Me and Mommy are going to bake and I don't even need a stool. I am getting so bigger!" She will do anything just to be helping me and now she has everything at her level. What a big little helper she is. Thanks Daddy for finding the perfect house in so many ways.

I'm enjoying all your new posts. Having a hard time figuring out what is your new house and what is the old. I think this one is the only one from your new house, is that true? Although these kitchens seem so similar. It looks like you got a great place!
This is from the new house. I thought about posting old or new on each post, but didn't. The kitchens are similar with placement of window, sink, and island. I am still working on 'old' pictures as I haven't found my battery charger still. Hopefully I find it someday soon. I have been missing pictures like crazy.
