Wow it's been a while.  Things have been, well, things :o)  so don't mind me while I catch up a bit!  

Playing in the rain is quite the past time for my little ones.  I suppose if we can't have snow for winter at least we have streets that turn to rivers.  They have such a blast.  Addie much prefers to laugh at their silliness from the covered porch, although she occasionally ventures out to eat a few flowers off my ??? bush.  Yes, you read right - I am fairly certain her taste buds have yet to develop.  I can't keep stuff out of her mouth.  Just ask grandma about the park day, I believe it went something like this:  Me, "Mom, I think she's eaten a 1/2 cup of sand."  Grandma, "Oh I'd say at least a cup!  At least it's good roughage."  Wonder how much sand we all ate when we were young :o)
