Tonight as we were all dancing and listening to our favorite church music I remembered a song that Ellie used to do flips for while in my tummy.  The conversation went exactly like this:

Mommy, "Oh, Ellie you used to go crazy and spin circles when I would play this song while you were in Mommy's tummy."

Ellie, with a big smile, "Me? Ellie did that?"

Mommy, "Yes, you.  I am going to put it in."

Ellie, extremely worried, "No, mommy!"

Mommy, "Why you loved it and I wanted to dance with you?"

Ellie, with her hands on her hips and her best mommy voice,"You can not put me in your tummy, I am big to fit in there.  No, don't put me in your tummy."

Zack, after a good laugh and a roll on the floor with mommy and Jake, "Ellie, Mommy doesn't want to put you in her tummy, she wants to put the cd in the cd player and dance with you outside her tummy."

Ellie, laughing, "Oh that's a great idea, I love that!"

Oh it's great to have kids :o)  The song is New Jerusalem, by Jessie Clark (Funk)
