House For Sale

Sam is being transferred to Milwaukee, WI and is set to report there in 90 days.  This is all very sudden and quite unexpected so we are scrambling.  We bought our home just over 1 year ago and are the second owners.  It's a great house, in a great neighborhood, on one of the quietest streets in the neighborhood, with the best schools in the parish.  We need to sell it by owner without involvement of an agent because the money for the commission is just not here.  That, or we need a shipment of money delivered soon.  Maybe we should call Washington!  Okay, that's another post and probably too long for this blog.  Hello socialism is all I have to say about that!  We do not need anymore government, we have too much already; so sad, where is America?

 

Anyway, we are not looking to make money, or even break even, as we have put new carpet throughout the upstairs and two sets of vinyl (no rot) patio doors w/internal blinds and a lifetime warranty in the patio entrances.  We are only looking to pay off our mortgage, which we are currently sinking every spare penny into (and we are good at tightening our belts) so that we can offer the best price possible.  Please e-mail me, or leave your e-mail in a comment, so I can get in touch with you if you are interested, or, if you know any one that might be.
